Angénieux differences (or not)

I have a Pathé Webo DS8 BTL identical to this one in the picture:

Unfortunately, the lens on my camera, the same as in the picture, a Angénieux 8X8B 8-64mm F1.9 8x8 Zoom, was badly damaged, so I had to replace with someone like this, identical to this picture:

They are both Angénieux 8X8B 8-64mm F1.9 Zoom model, but the model with I've replaced the other, as you can see from the parts circled in red, has the predisposition to accommodate the iris and zoom motors of Beaulieu camera, instead the other model not have predisposition for motors.
But I believe that compatibility is totally right, I can use the second lens on my Webo.
What do you think?
If you help me, I avoid wasting film! Please, help :((

I have shot a few feetof test film and I have send it at lab.
I hope it works well... :-ss
