DS8 Pathè cameras: how many?

Post by 7OSE9 »

Who can tell me how many models of Pathè DS8 came out in the market?
In particular, the BTL model. I have always found only two models, but, perhaps!, it is same model with different logo (one only mentions "DS8 BTL", the other "Double Super 8 Professional SLR").
Thank you!

Thank you, sciolist, I had seen, but almost $30 for a few sheets I would not spend it. And it's printed, from Usa. I would pay, but only to have it in PDF or similar. Unfortunately have this manual only shop that selling in paper and not on digital (other manuals, instead, I found them in "digital shop").

P.S. Does anyone know what kind of battery goes in the light meter of this camera, and if there is a modern equivalent (Zync-air or similar)?

The factory instruction manual specifies Eveready E1 or Mallory RM1 batteries. A conductive spacer of some kind would be required if a much more compact modern battery was substituted.

Thank you, sciolist, I think I'll take a battery with adapter, to have the right voltage (1.35).
