Bell & Howell Camera

I just bought a Bell & Howell movie camera from a thrift shop and I have no clue as to what model it is. Is there someplace that I can find this information? I've searched the Internet, but I haven't found my camera yet.

I'm just looking for information on the model of the camera, the film it uses, and possibly a users manual.

Your help would be much appreciated!

It's possible that it is 16mm, but not likely. More likely is that it is either a Regular 8 (aka Standard 8, Split 8 ), or a Super 8. A Regular 8 camera has two spindles, which are used to feed film from one reel to another while 1/2 of the film is exposed. When all the film has been fed to the second reel, you take the second reel and swap it with the first reel and expose the second half of the film. At the processing facility, they split the film in half, splice it together, and you have a film ready for projection. Super 8 uses a cartridge, and the cameras have only one spindle inside.

Another way to find out what kind of camera it is is to search on eBay. You can probably find one just like for sale there.
