Fun while it lasted. Quite an accomplishment on their part.

It seems that digital camera production & design is a fickle beast. Sensor technology seems to upgrade about every 1.5 years or so. Ideally, I'd like a camera where you can upgrade the sensor and software every so often much like we used to upgrade film stocks (no more unfortunately.) I know BlackMagic was going down that route but it's not all that easy apparently.

I do enjoy using lenses designed for my S16mm cameras on my BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera...just wish the S16mm sized sensor could go to 2.7k or now even 4k. If iPhones are doing it, why not a much bigger S16 sized sensor?
