Alexandre tried to get this in his film, but the ski resort that controls the mountain was closed. St-Croix, where Bolex was located, is in the bottom right corner of the frame, I believe.

I had a brand new spring, ordered from the Bolex factory, put into a Bolex 16 RX, only a year or so ago.
I still find that absolutely amazing that such can be done.
The camera gets quite a workout in our workshop.

Bolex are still around, but they only occupy a small office and workshop these days. Is it still on the ground floor of the old Bolex factory? It was 10 years or so ago.

Still servicing old Bolex cameras and producing the occasional new one, as far as I know.
The government says that by 2010 30% of us will be fat....I am merely a trendsetter :)
