Overwound 16mm Kragnogorsk 3

I have managed to over-wind my Kragnogorsk 3 16mm so the spring will not release when shutter button is pressed. I have tried the usual gentle drop technique to release the spring but no luck. Does anyone have any alternative ideas other than strip out the inside plate to get at the mechanism or get another camera?

Hate to say it, but since you'd probably be looking at more than $150 to send it to someone to fix it, maybe you just pick up another one.
