After reading about the Digital Bolex in the Logmar thread I went to their site and found these
NEW lenses out for c-mount from them...
Looks like they'd work well on 16mm film cameras and I would think 8/Super 8mm cameras as well.

Not a bad bet to make something new since the old Kern Switar lenses have tripled in price over the last 5 years

Not really suited to film use at all since it has a fixed f/4 aperture.
You're stuck controlling light with ND filters.

Hopefully it will help loosen up demand on the older c-mounts that the digital folks have been driving up prices.
