DSLR/Lens for workprinter

What's up all?! I used to be on this forum years ago until it seemed to go dead. I was pleasantly surprised today to see it is alive and well!

So back in the day, I was using a Sony Z1U and Workprinter and Cinemate to transfer film. They've been collecting dust the last couple years since I sold my video cameras. Now that I want to start doing transfers again I need to see if I can make my DSLR cameras work.

I am assuming by now someone has converted their Moviestuff machines to DSLR? If so, what lens are you using? I am thinking extension tubes are required as well? Any info is appreciated!
