S8 KODAK EUROPEAN PRICES

In the US Kodak publishes prices for film stocks but is there a similiar catalog for European prices? US prices just increased by 10%. Was there a similiar increase in European/UK prices? I went to the Kodak Europe website and could not find a similiar price list for Kodak motion picture films. In fact I did not see any info on motion picture film in Europe.

Kodak/USA hat in der vergangenen Woche eine unterjährige Preiserhöhung bei Super 8 Filmprodukten zum 1. Mai 2014 bekanntgegeben. Diese beträgt 25%, ausgehend vom derzeitigen US Listenpreis. Dies betrifft die Super 8 Kassetten Tri-X, Vision3 50D, Vision3 200T und Vision3 500T. Zum Jahreswechsel 2013/2014 waren diese Filme bereits um jeweils 10% im Preis angepasst worden. Bis diese Preisänderungen über die Niederlassungen im Handel angekommen sind, mag es -je nach Lagerbestand der einzelnen Verkäufer- noch etwas dauern. Aber wer diese Filmsorten nochmals zum alten Preis beziehen möchte, der sollte alsbald zugreifen. Eines scheint gewiss: die Filme werden teurer werden - und zwar nicht erst zum kommenden Jahreswechsel.
