Due to the limited choice of super 8 colour reversal stocks, I am planning using the Agfa 200D, but would like some advice on N.D filters, which to use?
The two cartridges I have tried in a Nizo Professional were both over exposed in bright sunlight, however very good in low light.
I also have a Eumig Nautica and a Canon 310XLAF. Advice as to using these cameras with the Agfa 200D would be appreciated.

It seems your Nizo is reading the cartridge probably as 100 iso, using a N.D. filter on auto will not help as the the built in exposure meter will just compensate. You have to under expose by one stop, either by manual exposure or by exposure compensation if the camera has that function.

Of course you need a strong ND filter. The Nizo cannot squeeze its aperture enough in bright sunlight. Thus you get overexposre. The shutterspeed is very slow so with ISO 200 you get to high LightValues.
The NIZO has a very simple ISO adjuster. It is a small perforated door which swings in partially infront of the CdS cell. It cannot break.

Kind regards,

a.j., you are right of course about the N.D. filter, I use them often enough although I usually use an external meter. I wasn't thinking straight.
