anyone familiar with a bauer t21 projector?

Hi, just trying to remove the lens on this nice little projector. But can't seem to work out how it comes off. Is there a trick to it? It seems like a really nice projector so I'm to scared to force anything on it. Tried turning the lens barrel and the focus knob but can't work it out.

When in the shown position of the white control knob press in the lens and rotate the knob further untill the shown opening is forward. Then pull out the lens.

that weird looking reel is off some old standard 8 projector….it is a real reel he he
