Like Kevin said this was a first test, and he was looking to see what the response would be and any constructive feedback is appreciated. Processing negative by hand is a very tricky art, I very much doubt that most people who do home processing would be able to get perfect results all of the time.
Kevins plan is to have samples available to potential customers so that they know what they are getting. Telling people to avoid services is counter productuive, you need to inform them of what they get, and the quality of the work available would be on show for them to make up their own minds.
I'm sure Kevin will be making more tests to see if he can perfect it. His reversal processing is already excellent, but like I said negative is more tricky and it takes time to get it right!
