Orwo UP27 and Canon 1014 Electronic

Please for advice. Few weeks ago I bought expired Orwo UP27 (black and white, 400 ISO, DS8). I cut it and put it into reuse soviet cartridge. But I'm not sure if my camera properly read this film speed and how I have to cut out notches on the cartridge.
I have Canon 1014 Electronic. The highest film speed which this movie camera read automatic is 250 for daylight and 400 for tungsten. So I cut out the notch like on pictures below with extra notch for tungsten/daylight film stock.
Is the camera correctly read the film speed (400 ISO) while this is panchromatic black and white? Extra notch on the cartridge is for color film stock and it switch on or off 85A filter. I'm not sure if the filter has a suitable effect on the correct reading of the film speed by the camera.

check out the attached image. you should notch it like the 500T at the top and set the cam 85 filter to "bulb" position.

1) carve a notch for the allowance of the daylight filter activation
2) enlarge the film speed notch like this 500 cartridge.

then your cam should then be set to ISO400.

Canon 1014 Electronic hasn't switch for turning on/off CCA filter, but small adapter for screwing into CCA filter cancellation socket. I guess, after proper cut two notches on the cartridge (like V500T) I have to screw the adapter to hole on the top of the camera?

I think if I cut the cartridge (with Orwo UP27) for 250D, overexposure it and develop a little shorter the result will be quite good, because it outdated (expired over 20 years ago)

First tape I shot in Nizo 3056, which properly read film speed up to 400D and 640T, so there was no problem, but the pictures are very dark (developed in Dektol 1+2 with hypo, 8 minutes, continuously agitation).

I started working on slitting/ loading my own carts a while back. Gave up when E100D came in carts but now its gone away again. Now I'd like to slit load my own again of some DS8100D and a few other things. I have many new Russian "Kaceema" carts and a small round slitter from my LOMO tank kits. How did you slit, cut to 50' and load the carts? Rewinds? Huge dark bag?

At the beginning I have trained loading tape to "Kaccema" many times in day light. Now I split tape and load it to cartridge in my bathroom which does not have windows and glass door, so there is completely dark in the evening. Additionally I obturate bathroom door on the bottom by towel.

I use lomo film slitter. I split DS8 film very carefully, because when I do it fast film is unevenly trimmed (for example one part has 8,5 - 8,8 mm width, another one 7,2 - 7,8 mm and afterwards, there is a problem in winding it to a tank). Slitted tape simply I put on the floor, one part I wind on cornet and put it to original box, another load into cartridge (to winding film I use cornet from Svema OC-50 1xS8, which perfect fit to cotter-pin in "Kaccema").

Everything takes maybe 15-20 minutes.
