None of the Leicina Special M adapters offers coupling of anything. So the offered PL thing is not going to either.
The Special couples out only electronically to a Leicina lens controller which does aperture control.
Maybe some Arduino specialist can read the signals from the cameracontacts and activate a motor on your PL lens?
Or use the hardly ever used lighting control of the Leicina
