(new) Ferrania is back!

My first post, been lurking and reading for ages but this prompted me to write:

Ferrania (may) be back, and will launch new products in 2014. And no, I am not affliated with them.

As stated in their mailing list; they will make a new C-41 color negative film derived from Ferrania Solaris FG-100 Plus, and a new E6 color reversal film derived from Scotch Chrome 100.

They also state that they have the equipment to finish film in almost all photographic and motion picture formats: 110, 120, 126, 127, 135, 220, Super 8, Double 8, 16mm, 35mm and 70mm - but that at first they will put on line only the ones that are requested by the market.

So, it seems they may be getting ready and are putting out feelers to gauge what "the market" wants. Over on flickr, the still shooters figured they'd make loads of noise and have been contacting them to request their formats.
