Question for Toronto shooters

Post by fairchild »

Hey everyone
Does anyone in Toronto sell s8 film in stores? Im heading up there this week and I dont want to take any film through customs because of the whole x ray thing. Im thinking a few years back a shop on Queen St W(?) and what is the usual turnaround time for processing at Niagara Custom Lab since I might only be there one day.Thank you!

I'm no Toronto shooter but I have carried film through airports in Canada and they are happy to hand check film. LIFT carries filmstock, and Kodak Canada is in Toronto and could deliver to where you're staying. You should just e-mail NCL about their processing runs, according to their website they do reversal film only once per week.

Hi,

http://www.westcamera.ca/ was reported to sell Super8-filmstock. Not sure if this is still true.
... and here's the link to LIFT: http://lift.ca/equipment/store
