Crowd funding finds Phil resuscitating a shelved project.

This an interesting way to go for low budget, or non-mainstream, or different films. Crowd sourcing the funds. What's interesting about this is that there is a diversity of people and ideas out there in the world, some of whom could be on the same wavelength as yourself. Instead of pitching to institionalised centres of funding, one pitches out into the "void" with those ideas that you want to take through rather than those ideas that some studio, following the latest trends in market research, want to do.
