Anybody have any experience with these? There are quite a few on ebay, and they seem to output a lot, for quite cheap. Any recommendations or warnings?
thanks

And can the bulbs be replaced/found?
Re: Sylvania Sun Gun
If you're interested in collecting get one, otherwise they look like junk. I had a light similar to that that I threw out last year. The bulb was balanced for 3400K which is the colour temp for Kodachrome. So its useless for 100D and not really ideal for 200/500T which is balanced for 3200K. Since the light is handheld and not battery powered its pretty limited to just shooting/blinding the family sitting around the living room or the kids opening presents on Christmas, which is what it was designed for. If that is what you want to do then get one, if not save your money.
As far as bulbs go, Google is your friend.
