Hi.
Does anyone have any online examples of E100D pushed to 200 ASA? It is normally rated at 100 ASA.
Thanks!

Richard of Nanolab, a regular poster on this forum, has experience with pushed E100D.
I kicked around a bit on the Nano site but could not find the examples that I thought I remembered seeing there.

Re: Any scanned examples of E100D pushed to 200 ASA?
I found not one but two online examples on Vimeo of E100D pushed 1 stop. An interesting bleached, slightly washed out effect. The 2nd test is better than the first.
1. http://vimeo.com/16118352
2. http://vimeo.com/16550724
I normally shoot Super 8 Vison 2/3 200T color negative for this particular nighttime winter event called Ice Bike held in an outdoor hockey arena with some overhead lighting.
Hmmm.I just had some V3 50D reperfed specifically for UP8. What about pushing that stock 2.5/3/3.5 stops considering the much wider latitude of negative?

Thats a great blog entry and right on topic. Thanks, S8 Booster.
Heres an uploaded scan of the location and event in question, I actually shot Super 8 Vision 2 200T pushed a stop and rated at 400 ASA. Soft image, snowing and shooting wide open. But I suspect with the 39% increase in imaging area of UP8 there will be a noticeable increase in resolution and color space.
