How can I make film flatter?

I've got films that are warped and go in and out of focus. I also have a film where the full length has the edges of the film curved out so the center is closer to the lens than the edges. I can only either get the edges in good focus or the center in good focus. How can I flatten them out?

You may want to try FilmRenew. It's supposed to relax the curl in film. You can soak your film in it. I use it to clean my film. Here are some links with information about it:
