Nizo S801 maintenance?

Hi,

I have two Nizo's, an 800 and an 801. The 800 has stopped working - reason unknown The 801 is working great but I just noticed some debris at the top of the film gate which showed up on a film I just processed. What's the best way of shifting this please? I don't want to make the matter worse and end up popping it through into the lens area for example.

The film gate is quite hard to get at located at the far end of the film chamber and closed in on all sides, but at least you can see it.
