Can cosmicar 4.8mm be culminated to rx? I thinking about using one on my h8 rex.

Depends if this is a C or a CS mount lens. You'll have to try it experimentally.

If its C then probably, if the rear element doesn't stick out too far past the C-mount thread and it is likely require C-mount spacers between the camera and the lens.

Just hold the lens a little bit in front of the camera and see if you can achieve a sharp image in the viewfinder.

I can't afford to live in Vancouver! Way too expensive!

I don't know what rates they charge there, but in terms of time, it should take no more than 1/2 hour to do.
