What other projectors disengauge sprockets for fast rewind?

I'm trying to find a 16mm projector that can disengauge the sprockets from the film for fast rewinding or fast forwarding while still threaded. Like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdXqyxboRWc I know that some Eiki or Elmo projectors do it. Will any other brands do this? Oh yeah, one more question, are projectors of any film gauge that can do this hard on the film?
