Hi, I recently purchased a Sankyo XL-60S from a garage sale and I was wondering if you knew anything about it like where I can purchase tapes or where I could find a player if I bought tapes.

Also, if you could tell me how much it's worth, that would be great!! :)

I'm really clueless about this brand and technology so if you also have information about it, I would really appreciate it if you shared :D

Your camera uses film not tape. You have a sound model, I believe. Sound film is nolonger available. However may be found on ebay. You will have to use EM160 sound film because KM40 can not be easily processed. A modern silent film is Ektachrome 100D 7285 or Tri-X black and white film. Have fun--J.S.

The player you'll need is a super 8 film projector - and here's a good beginners site:
