SANKYO -- the forgotten contender?

Hi, I recently purchased a Sankyo XL-60S from a garage sale and I was wondering if you knew anything about it like where I can purchase tapes or where I could find a player if I bought tapes.

Also, if you could tell me how much it's worth, that would be great!!

I'm really clueless about this brand and technology so if you also have information about it, I would really appreciate it if you shared

Your camera uses film not tape. You have a sound model, I believe. Sound film is nolonger available. However may be found on ebay. You will have to use EM160 sound film because KM40 can not be easily processed. A modern silent film is Ektachrome 100D 7285 or Tri-X black and white film. Have fun--J.S.
