He published a nice magazine at a decent subscription price. I started with issue #1 subscribing. If he cant get the last issue done as promised I will let him off the hook. I got more than my moneys worth.

My hat's off to you Chris. Thanks for a great magazine.

I think I have mailed them asking them what happened to each single magazine, despite I have paid for 1 year. I like the magazine, but i would not keep it for another year. Better to spend that money for something else.

Shooting your own 2 feet, not on film :)

That is a bit lame to publish this issue when the Spielberg Super-8 film is just out and a wave of interest could be coming in.

Chris wasn't really into keeping his website updated or answering questions/executing orders from it. So really nothing new.
Kind regards,

André

So it came out after all? I sent him pre-payment for that last issue and didn't get it. Anyone who did?

Wow this guy owes people this issue, and then list it on Ebay and Spectra?! What's up with that?! Reading through this thread has made me happy not to of subscribed to this mag, and I try to support film as much as I can.

I was even thinking of buying this last issue through his Ebay account, until I checked out his other items. He has 2 listings of someones home movies, and titles the listing as "NUDE GIRL POOL FUN" also "sexy young girls baton twirling " What a sick Bastard!

Hmmm...does anyone know if that is actually Chris selling them on ebay?

I didn't really keep up on the latest with this, but I was a subscriber and I am owed this final issue as well.

If any other subscribers recieve their copies, let the rest of us know.

The eBay-auction says: "Item location: Los Angeles, CA, United States"
while super8today.net says: "Miamisburg, Ohio 45342"
Hence I doubt that this eBay-seller is Chris.

My bad. Like I said I never had a subscription. But, its still very lame of this guy screwing his subscribers! I'd be interested in what the story is.

Yes, but AFAIK he was living very close to it and his account in this forum also says: "Miamisburg, Ohio": memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=478

Well maybe the guy Chris isn't to blame. Maybe its the publisher selling those copies to Spectra, etc.
