Does this accessory belong with this camera?

I was going through ebay looking at 16mm bolex cameras and I see something that appears to be for 35mm. They are calling it a film roll cartridge. It has a piece of the film box taped to it and it says 35mm. What is it? Was it put with this camera by mistake? http://cgi.ebay.com/Bolex-Movie-Camera- ... dZViewItem

It's a 35mm bulk film loader, nothing to do with the Bolex.
