My userid notwithstanding, I just picked up a Bell Howell 311 off ebay and was quite surprised when I got it. Original box - with the styrofoam - manual, and camera. Everything looks like it was barely touched - even the manual looks like it just came off the printing press. I was quite surprised to see that the low-light warning flag popped up and that the aperture changed with light levels, which meant the light meter was working, so instead of an empty corrosion-filled battery compartment there was a good battery inside. Even more surprising was finding that the battery is a genuine mercury PX-14 cell.
I have to say the accessory grip is rather strange. I figure ergonomics was still a foreign concept to Bell Howell when they made this thing.

Re: Another addition to the small collection
I have the Technicolor Mark 10 which has that same ergo issue. Seem it would work better WITH a broken wrist.
