The website of my little publishing house atoll medien has a new design and a lot of new products. You can choose between more than 20 books and DVDs about Super 8, Single 8, 8mm, 9.5mm an 16mm on the site. All the new products like the DVD "18 frames per second", a roadmovie about Super 8, or Lutz Auhage's book "Super8 Scope" about his film experiments can be seen there. Please have a look: http://www.atollmedien.de

And let me know what you are thinking about the new look :)

Hmmmm... something's wrong, there are dots all over that picture. :D

Just kidding. Nice clean look.

By the way I'm enjoying my copy of Super 8 Scope. Definitely something that us film nerds can appreciate. Highly recommended as a conversation starter left on your coffee table.

Do you call low tables in front of a couch, "coffee tables" in Europe? Or would that be Tea Tables?

Hi Will,

in Germany we call it "couch table". In autumn we will produce another book for the table (whatever the name of the table is...). But the first thing we have to finish is the handbbok about SUPER 8.

Is the SUPER 8 HANDBOOK book nearly ready for distribution? The last I heard is that it would ship in late February.

Yup, It should be shipping in a few weeks. Or so a little bird tells me.

The layout is fantastic with full color pics throughout. There's something rather cool about a very modern looking guide to old technology.
