Hello
In the summer of 1986 I was able to secure 200ft (short end) of 16mm 7291 from the BBC in Leeds. I hired a Bolex H16 and filmed the 1986 RAF Finningley Airshow in Yorkshire. The film was never processed and I still have two x 100ft daylight spools.
In all honesty the image quality will have deteriorated after all these years, but I would like to have the film processed. Does anyone know who would be the best people to approach?

I've processed found C-41 film from the 60's and 70's that came out fine. For example below it was an Ilford Sprite 35 bootsale camera. Had no idea who was in the photos though... For a list of 16mm film processors, check out the list of labs over at onsuper8.org
Alternatively, if you are in the UK, maybe try DIY in London at Nowhere Labs...

This youtube clip seems to show 7291 shot and developed recently.

Good luck, and let us know your results!

I always recommend Alpha Cine, here in Seattle, USA. They take super 8 seriously, work quickly, and do plenty of mail order.

There's also Spectra in LA - I know they have a lab (I've only had them do telecine personally, but they were great to work with)
