Single frame issues with E100D and 814XLS
Last week, and again last night I was doing timelapse with a fresh roll of E100D in my Canon 814XLS when the red light comes on and the film advance stops... as if it were the end of the roll. Except it was nowhere near the end. Then I turn the power off and back on, the film rolls for about 24 frames or so, then stops again. Had to keep resetting it to get through my shoot of a plant opening up. The cart runs fine at 24fps... but I have noticed what sounds like a little extra work from my cameras with the E100D. A lot more than the B&W for sure. I'm wondering if the stock is a little thick and requires more torque? Or I got a few sticky carts? Anyone else have any issues?

Re: Single frame issues with E100D and 814XLS
I picked up a Nizo 4056 in November. I tried two carts of 100D. They both jammed. Perhaps it is the camera, but the spindle of the cartridge sure seems stiff, even when a loop of film is pulled out by hand and I attempt to reel it in with the spindle. The claw and take-up spindle of the camera seems strong when I touch them while in motion. I haven't done anything since but was thinking of getting a cart of B&W and testing the camera again.

Yes, i've also noticed the tight spindle on E100 carts.
