Yeah, I have seen these...but I use my Canon S90 (soon to be upgraded to a S95) or my Canon 1200IS in a waterproof housing. I really should get the waterproof housing for the S90/S95 though.
So, yeah, I don't see the need for this camera you mention when you get better quality algorithms from Canon on their high end models.
