QUARZ M...be kind ..

er ....its been a while ..i have this cine camera ..it all looks straight forward ...how do i load it ...am i asking for a manual ...sure ..but i know some one can just tell me the obvious ...!! thank you just tap away ...make it all come back to me ....its the grand old russian thing QUARZ -M. from the 50's ...ah !

I had a clip somewhere showing how to load film into a Quartz M, but all I could find was my padawan using it...
