Can anyone hear please help me I have been looking high and low for leader for old 8mm and supper 8mm film and the tape that hold it thanks

I bought mine from Larry Urbanski in the USA at:

He sells leader, splicing tape, film cleaner, empty reels, films, and some other handy stuff. I'm not affiliated in any way. Just a happy customer.

The super8 leader I got form them ended up being Grey instead of White, but it was a decent price.
