Hi,
Part of me is hoping I'm being incredibly naive here but...
I shot a reel of processed paid Vision 2 from the Widescreen Centre in London with my Canon 1014 Electronic. I got it back this morning and when I put it in my projector all the footage was negative.
Never had this problem before, I really hope I'm doing something wrong otherwise this reel is trashed!
Figured I'd ask here as they are closed for the weekend,
Cheers,
Tom

It's a negative film, Tom. You need to get it telecined. Or DIY and use software to do the inverting eg premiere pro cs3 does this.

Re: Vision 2 Process Problem
Vision2 200t & 500t are negative films, much like 'normal' 35mm camera film. They are NOT suitable for projection, as they can only be viewed as a positive by transferring to video, much as a 35mm neg needs to be printed in order to view the positive image.

There are two ways to see Vision S8 and any negative film:
One telecine and two make a print (only avialable in Andec germany)

How weird. The second time I played the film, all the action came out backward! Who'da thunk it?
Oh, you mean I gotta rewind it first?
