WOW - Perhaps its simply because Fujichrome film is thinner than Kodak reversal stocks, but boy does that film look great. Sure worth the wait.
Filmed on New Years Eve on a bright sunny day in the snow.
I turned film in at the end of January to Kent at single 8 film dot com - ( http://www.single8film.com/ )
Just got the films back yesterday and they look perfect.
It's the perfect film...time to buy some more!
Have a good one!
Will post a screen capture when I get to the transfer...too busy projecting my films right now!
Cheers,
Mike

Before ordering from single8film you better make arrangement on the shipping. Otherwise you get a shoe-box-size carton with your goods inside. Dangling loose. Also the paperwork and labeling on the box is a real invitation to red-tape and duties. And gone is your advantage.
Let him use the USPS flatrate envelope which can easily hold 8 films. Or another less attention grabbing envelope.
You need a lot of patience when emailing. It took more than 3 weeks before my shopping cart was processed
Then the parcel was shipped, went to customs in 5-6 fdays and then I had to wait another week. These USPS envelopes always drop in on the 4th day. Without trouble.
Filmprocessing is best done done through retro8.com. In and out in a week. Just send the film with needed amount of cash money (Euro 10). Ask retro8 what amount in AU$ is needed.

Order Single8 film here: http://film.club.ne.jp/english/eng_single8_film2003.htm
And yep, Single8 is better than Super8 (in my opinion). You can find a bunch of framegrabs from R25N Single8 reversal film in the beginning of this webpage: http://www.uppsalabildteknik.com/provfilmer2.php
Just klick on the images to see them in full resolution.

Yes, processing has gone up through Kent's website ($20silent/$24sound) so that's a factor to consider.
I use my trusty Z2 with a mercury battery that still survives!! Perfect exposure...I know I am living on borrowed time with that battery...but there are replacements.
I shall have to check out retro8 again...its been a while...
