Forgive me, I did not understand very well your question ..(i know a little of english..^_^)
We too have chocolate eggs with surprise.
I am aware of the rabbit thing that perhaps is a Anglo-Saxon tradition.
In the religious sense celebrating the resurrection.
In the sense of festivity in Italy give chocolate eggs and "doves" made with sweet dough.
To stay in theme with the forum.
Tomorrow I go in the mountains and shooting in super8 what is happening for Easter in a small village of Gran Sasso
