Adjusting a lens on its C-mount?

I need to adjust my spare Schneider Kreuznach Optivaron 1,8/6-66 mm lens to be correctly positioned when screwed into my camera (Beaulieu 4008). These lenses have an internal matte, and when I screw this lens in fully the matte is tilted. My primary lens for this camera isn't coming fully out of the macro setting, which is causing some really annoying back focus issues. Anyone know how to adjust the main body of the lens relative to the c-mount? Thanks!

P.S. Obviously I could just start unscrewing the most likely candidates at the base of the lens and go from there, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask around first
