This is a sync sound clip with Peter Fonda from a doc I'm producing about cinematographers Laszlo Kovacs and Vilmos Zsigmond.
I used my Beaulieu 7008 with Fuji 160T as a b-cam. The web compression masks the grain, which is very close to 200T. Also, I had to shoot through a sliding glass door for obvious sound reasons.
Processed and transfer to mini dv at Pro8mm.

The longest clip of Fonda I shot is just under 2 mins and it held sync all the way through. On Wednesday, I shot four rolls start to finish of Sharon Stone so I'll let you know Monday or Tuesday if it holds sync throughout an entire roll.adamgarner wrote:How long did the sync last, i'm curious? Does the 7008 have crystal sync or not?
My 7008 came with a crystal unit installed, and a dummy unit that I think shipped standard with it back in the day.
