Best place to buy Regular 8 film (and processing)

I have an old regular 8 camera that I've never used, (a Bell and Howell with a zoom lens, it's way cool) and I want to try out. I know double 8 film is available, but where's the best place to buy and process it? And more importantly....how do you load it in the camera ;)
