Super 8mm film for "On the Lot"

Post by Aseesl8er »

Hi,

I recently entered a short experimental/documentary film that I shot of my friend to the Spielberg/Mark Burnett show "On the Lot". I really have no intention of trying to win (not that I'd even come close). I entered it without really thinking about the contest itself. It was just fun to do so. It still needs a little work but I haven't had time to work on improving it so thus it's in it's current state. The link is below. Some of you might've seen it.

I shot it on super 8. The first monochrome segment was shot using an expired (don't know how long ago) roll of K40. Really bad quality but I kind of dig the look. The colored segments were shot with E64T. One shot was a little over-exposed but I left it in just for the heck of it. Hope you enjoy it.
