Just wanted to wish all of you a safe and happy holiday. My goal for the new year is to start making films again. Probably shorties but it will feel good to start working with a camera and telling stories after all this time. Hope Santa brings you inspiration and a few carts of super 8 to go with it.
my best to all here,
Roger

Yes happy christmas to all!
Now the $64,000 question - Roger what are you going to film it on??
Film or video - Super 8, 16mm, DS8, HD......
Now we all want a long and technical justification for the choice

Happy Holidays, everyone!
My New Years resolution is to go through my old stuff and start transferring to digital. And filming more this year. I either haven't been able to shoot (reg 8 or 16mm) or just haven't found the time since Summer '05.

I like the fact that, at my time of looking, there were 109 views and only 6 posts for this thread.
So Happy New Year etc to those who posted, but not to those who peered in and refrained from sharing a note, whoever you are.

That's so unusual? I'm not religious, so happy mid-winter vacation everyone.

I'll be shooting in HD at 25P and then printing to 16mm color neg frame by frame just for the sheer fun on loading a projector and watching it like regular film.

Happy Holidays! My goal for 2007 is to pay off my debt on previous projects (no regrets) and keep moving forward with new ideas.
