Is it possible to calibrate the Bolex 233 Compact for 64T?
*It has no speed reading for the cartridge notch.
*It has non TTL meter
*It has only one potentiometer on the circuit board.
*Camera information at http://super8wiki.com/index.php/Bolex_233_Compact
Thank you.

There is no need to take your camera apart.lowbudgetproductions wrote:Is it possible to calibrate the Bolex 233 Compact for 64T?

Thank you.
If the meter is non-TTL, you can simply cut a gel filter and place it over the meter window to compensate exposure.

Re: Bolex 233 Compact calibration for 64T
If the camera reads the 64T as 40, then the filter should go on the lens to cut down on the amount of light (an ND filter for example). Placing filter on Non-TTL meter causes aperture to open up more.
If camera reads the 64T as 160, then filter goes over the Non-TTL meter to allow aperture to open more.
