Editing is fun. Shooting close-ups of anal sex is not. Mostly no dubbing.

What's wrong with closeups of anal sex?

I dabble with such photography....on purely an amateur level for friends ;)

And the thousand dollar question, do you use an Arriflex for these films?

Nothing wrong, but I don't consider it as fun. Did I mention we have done gay movies too? And sometimes you can accidentally get some milky stuff on you. It's OK if you don't mind, and mostly I don't.

No, but I have suggested to producer/director that we could use super8 for some parts of the next movie, since it has a 70's theme.

I'd rather not get such stuff on me, thanks.

I know one actor who used pina colada mix as fake "stuff", the editing hid the deception really well.

BTW if this is making anyone feel queasy say the word and we'll stop!

I've got close friends too, but i've never took pics of anyone having anal sex!! :D i must be mixing in the wrong circles
I'm not grossed out yet... it's turning into a very exciting thread... as long as we mention super 8 now and again in between the miss fired loads and anal pleasures...

i don't think he explicitly said that either. i read it as he was taking pictures of himself having sex, then showing it to friends? :-)

OK well I haven't used super 8 to photograph any of my friends enjoying anal or other sexual pleasures....but it is on my list of "things to do".

I have used 35mm still film though, and 'twas even anal pleasure I photographed ;)

Woah. I dropped by this thread to see what other interesting jobs people have, and it's turned into a geek version of Boogie Nights.

Now where's Heather Graham??!

You're pretty funny. Have you tried doing any stand up at a comedy club??? I did a tour as a comic's side kick of the Catch a Rising Star clubs and it was a blast.

No, I haven't. However, I was being serious. It really does sound boring now. 8O SALESMEN UNITE!!! Let's go sell something that people actually WANT to have! (like subscriptions to whatever Arriflex is working on)
