I'd been looking for an 8mm projector on the cheap for a few weeks and got wind of an Estate Sale in my area on craigslist. The guy had a projector and a bunch of other stuff.
So I show up Saturday morning to buy just the projector for $50 and the guy turns around and offers me all the 8mm stuff he's got there for $50!!
I came home with a gorgeous, vintage, working 1946 Ampro projector!
Also came home with a Bell & Howell FILMO Sportster. Awesome little handheld 8mm camera...runs amazingly smoothly and I may just keep it!
Also came with a bag, filters, and light meter.
Got a couple editors that I'll likely sell (PM me if you want 'em). One's handmade, the other electric.
And I got three, yes three!, screens that I have no use for. They are in great shape, however, and the blue one comes in its box (great shade of blue, btw). PM me if you're interested in any of these.
