I just spoke to an agent at Qualex. She told me to send my mailer to:
KODAK
16-31 Route 208
Fairlawn N.J.
07410
USA
The only problem is that I'm sending an old K40 (processing NOT included) cart inside a newer prepaid mailer. I heard that Kodak looks at the actual strip of film for a code of some sort to determine if it is prepaid or not. Will they develop it free of charge. And if not, will they call me to ask for money or just keep my cart.
Thanks, Simon.

It is quite easy to find out if the film has prepaid processing or not.
Look at the label of the cartridge.
I explained the following in a previous post:
The yellow "european" mailing envelope is only to send in the prepaid K-40 cartridge CAT 505 3335 and does not represent a value for prepaid processing. PK-59 mailers represent the processing value because you have to pay for them.
The point to detect if the K-40 cartridge includes or excludes Kodak processing is the label of the cartridge.
The K-40 cartridge CAT 505 3335 has the sentence "Price includes processing by Kodak" in red colour on the label.
The other K-40 cartridge CAT 501 9294 only sold in the U.S. does not have this hint. You have to use PK-59 mailers with this one.
Always put the right cartridge in the right "mailer".
I don`t know what Fair Lawn will do, but if they are not blind and if they are able to read they can notice it quite easily.

From what I've heard the new mailer is actually nothing but an envelope. If you look at the label on the prepaid K-40 cartridge it is printed with "sold with processing by Kodak included" (Or something to that effect), and that is how they know.
I wouldn't risk sending your film in like this; in the best base scenario you'll get it back, in the worst you'll never see it again. I don't see Kodak intentionally processing it free.

My reason for putting up this post was not to determine if my film was processing paid or NOT. I am well aware that my film isn't processing included, I'm just trying to find out what kodak will do in the situation I described in my post.nik-super8 wrote:It is quite easy to find out if the film has prepaid processing or not.
