Romeojesus posted over a month ago that he'd be mailing the cart to me...don't think I've seen him around here much since then, hope everything is OK.

Still waiting on replies from both members via pm's. Lets just wait until the weekend before any decision is made. I have plenty of K40 if i need to send out more Carts... i also have a couple of people on standby who missed the entry for the carts at the start. Pass The Cart still continues. :D

remember there is no pressure on anyone... this is a fun project... we just need an update of all Cart progress.

Thanks everyone.

It took a bit longer than I expected to shoot the last 10 feet of the 5th cart but I finished today. I was inspired by mik's idea of shooting a bulding and since most of you havent yet been in sweden and especially not in my town, Uppsala so I thought I'd shoot the symbol of the city. The Uppsala Cathedral. It took a 100 years to build and when it was finally finished in 1435 it stood up 118 meters into the air. I have to say that the cathedral is the most fascinating building I've seen in all of Sweden, and I think its because it's wonderful colour, bright red.

Well I'll send the cart out to mojohey's adress tomorrow.

I think I speak for all of us when I say, we're all very thankful for getting the oppurtunity to participate in such a brilliant project and for getting the chance to shoot kodachrome for one last time!

Cart 5 ready to go.

thanks mojohey

Beautiful Dr_Strangelove. I kind of wish now that I had done something with LA architecture. The project might have had some nice symmetry if we all had done significant or interesting buildings in our home towns. Well, maybe next time. 8)

I was roaming the outskirts of Uppsala some 10 years ago working on a project measuring rivers and streams. Didn’t see too much of the city it self, but got the feeling that I should have, and that it would be a nice town to visit. Maybe this project will act as a “tourist information canal” and before you know it we’ll all be taking trips to Uppsala, Milan, Cologne, Toronto, Budapest, Warsaw, Hong Kong and so on…

Glad to hear cart #5 made it to you DR STRANGELOVE (if that really is your name!) I was first on that roll here in Australia. What a journey it has had! And what a pleasant project to do.
Cheers,
Richard

happy I shot my 10ft in Piazza Affari (Business' Square). Straight in the centre of Milano, few steps from Piazza Duomo (Cathedral Square), but at the same time out of most tourist circuit in the city. Many people doen't even know where is it.
By the way, after I shot my silly 10ft, I went again shooting more footage in the same place, I start to find it very cinegenic!

I hope my footage will turn out well enough for everyone to enjoy the cathedral's beauty.

Yes Tim, maybe next time

Yes it took a couple months (completly understandable) to get here, and I agree with you; cart 5 made one hell of a journey around the world

P.S. I'm very fond of my name, in fact I think I'll even give it to my future son/daughter.
