"The combattants are trying to shoot the attractive neighbor undressing in the window on the other side of the street...oops, Oliver shot his leg with a winchester, accidently!"
"Now, they're going for the darkroom processing! Precious footage like this can't be handed to public labs! No Oliver, those chemicals are not for drinking!"

The Beatles split up in 1970; long live The Beatles!
So.You get shitty and negative responses from your local photo store right?
Then tell 'em bollocks and buy the stuff mail order-there is boat loads of the stuff about!
You could alway defect to original Regular8 though-that seems easier to use and obtain.
I don't even bother with camera stores anymore. They're holding on by a thread,at least in my neck of the woods anyway.
Super 8 will always be supported by a small group of enthusiasts as it's no longer a "people's format" anymore.I remember when VHS first came out with portable tube cameras and decks. They sucked major ass,but I remember sales people were saying that within a year, super 8 film would no longer be made as it "couldn't hold a candle to video".
That was back in 1980.
Camera/deck units were going for around 1500 USD then.Vidicon tubes and VHS decks,250 lines of resolution and NO way to edit.Yeah right,so superior to film.
