You think theres no movement and then the bell goes off and everybody moves into place. Maybe Im a dreamer but I feel like we are making a positive motion in the ocean!!! May the film gods smile on us all.

I hope to hear over the next couple of days that the carts are arriving ok.
Until this morning, when I left home: nothing (but I still have do come back today).
Maybe it's due to the fact that Milano thursday and friday saw an unusually heavvy snowfall, there were strong delays in delivering anything...
Pity I coudn't shoot at it with that cart, but now it's almost all melted down.
Of course I shot anyway, but in reg8mm, testing my 'new' Camex

dang, I went out of town for a week and I almost forgot all about Pass The Cart! Here's what I was shooting while I was gone....not too interesting for most, but I've only seen it snow once in my whole life, so I was like a kid at a candy store.......I hope the footage doesn't suck!

K40 received today and promptly put in my fridge. :P I will have my thirty seconds shot by Friday and ship it off to LA (etimh)! What kind of black material should I use to house the cart?

Cool.

Maybe just a section of a black trash bag? That's what I planned to use.

Looking forward to it arriving here. :)

can somebody tell me what the black bag would be for? I mean, I know about changing bags and all, but what's the point with a super8 cartridge.....just to save those 7 or 8 frames? Thanks!

I think the point is if you receive the cartridge with a note saying the shooter before you ended with a fade out, you can load your camera in the dark and start shooting with a fade in, and therefore "saving" frames.

Today would have been a good day to have had my turn with the cart. There were some music video shooters using my studio back lot today. I took a super 8 camera down and showed it to them (everybody wanted to buy it) and thought Id grab a shot of a pretty girl holding my old clap stick.
