Andreas, please forget what I said about unsticking posts cause I did a first classification based on posts, a bit of personnal experience & old magazines.
Ok, here is a try of classification. Again, remember that two lens from a same brandt, same model can be really different so don't see here any try to be objective. But there's anyway some groups ( excellent, good, average, ect... ) that really don't mix together.

Of the various cameras used regularly, the image from the GAF738 (8-64 mm) is undoubtedly crisper than the others. I've just got some test footage back from a Nalcom 1000 that is nice, but I haven't put it under the microscope yet.

the finest lens ever made for super 8 was the 10mm cinegon,made for the leicina special i believe it was made by leica and schneider together,it was one of the most expensive as well.
nothing comes close...

the nikon r8 and r10s have stunning zoom lens.
canon 1014xls lens is a beauty
nizo 6080 with schneider zoom is superb as well.
the nikon r10 although i don't like the motor and body that much,probably
comes close to being the finest zoom lens.
